Nike Space Hippie 01 Grey Volt

The Nike Space Hippie 01 Grey Volt edition makes its debut in July 2020. This pair comes in a classic wolf grey, black, volt and smoke grey colorway. Comprised of Nike's own “space junk,” they feature a grey-based recycled polyester upper with volt and black accents. A Crater Foam midsole made up of Nike Grind and an insole formed from reused ZoomX foam things off for the Nike Space Hippie 01.




The Nike Space Hippie 01 is made up of at least 50% recycled material by weight. Its “Space Waste Yarn” upper includes 90% recycled polyester made from recycled plastic bottles, t-shirts and yarn scraps. A soft, Crater Foam midsole combines Nike Grind with a blend of foams for stability and a unique aesthetic, while the shoe's insole is made from ZoomX foam scraps. Every detail from material choices to packaging was chosen with consideration for its environmental impact. A big step in the right direction in saving the future of our planet.




The Nike Space Hippie 01 “Grey Volt” is set to release on July 16th, 2020. It will launch via Nike & select stores for a retail price of $130. They will be available exclusively in men’s sizing.
